Move the legal office from Shimbashi to Toranomon, Minato-ku

I’be been using the rental space as my legal office provided by Office Space Lease Company since 2016 but gradually hoped to have my own space. I just used the limited space for 8 to 10 hours and rarely used lounge or meeting spaces located another floor, so rather it was better to rent larger space for my work. Also, it felt troublesome I had to be back to my space when I wanted to use bath room and somebody used it.

I found the good rental property that monthly fee was almost the same as I paid to the Lease Company when I searched the property around Shimbashi area. So I decided to rent this property. I assume the reason there are some good and reasonable properties around here more than I imagine was because many people gave up to the rental space and went back to their home at local area during the era of Covit-19.

The office locates 2 or 3 minutes walk next to Shimbashi Naka Street as the same street before – about 3 minutes from Toranomon Station (Ginza Line, Tokyo Metro), Toranomon Hills Station (Hibiya Line, Tokyo Metro), and Uchisaiwai-cho Station (Mita Line, Tokyo Metro Bureau) that is so convenient. Previous office located an Entertainment District and current office locates close to Business District. However, there are lots of good b bistros and fish or meet restaurants around here. When you come to the office from Naka Street, ‘Craft Beer Market’ is right side and ‘Yoshida Suits’ shop is left side.

I obtains high-end table and Bench for the guest (although I got them by subscriptions).
