Issue about Server Transfer

Since I renewed my office’s website in 2008, I’ve been using Lolipop and mumu domain (Onamae Dot Com). However, I heard from many new and current clients (especially having Yahoo and Gmail address) that their message did not reach me, I could not receive their email messages and the support of Lolipop did not solve such problem at all. Most problematic thing was that I could not attach the documents and screenshot and only allow me to fill in the form Lolipop provided although I want the support to solve the problem as soon as possible. So it caused many inconveniences for the clients. Apologies.

So, I finally decided to change the server from Lolipop to ConoHa in April. Transfer the data, email and website seems to be succeeded. However, things get worse. All inquiries from my website did not reach me at all. I can find some inquiry mail in the junk holder of web mail system but some, especially from the foreign countries, or strange mail address, I had no chance to see. I’ve been trying to solve this problem but ConoHa did not care this matter and no clue so far. Hope to solve soon.
